These key applications require critical integration and implementation as defined by MoDOT and the availability of funds. TRS is a Financial Service application to track individual and crew time cards on the 1st and 15th of each month. The specific services to be provided under this PAQ are unknown at this time, including the total number of deliverables, hours, and cost. The Offeror and MoDOT will agree on the scope, timing, and cost of each deliverable before the commencement of work. The Offeror and MoDOT will agree on the scope, timing, and cost of each deliverable before the commencement of work. The contract period is July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2019 with option to renew for two (2) additional one year periods. In the event MoDOT exercises such right, all terms and conditions, requirements and specifications of the PAQ shall remain the same and apply during the renewal period. Minimum skillsets required by the individual performing the work under the resulting contract must include: • Minimum of six (6) years experience developing Java J2EE applications using the Apache Struts 1.x framework and Enterprise Java Beans (EJB) specifications. • Experience using a source control versioning system or Team Foundation Server (TFS). • Experience analyzing existing systems and developing plans to enhance web applications written in Java. • Minimum of six (6) years experience creating and maintaining Java web applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and JQuery. • In-depth knowledge of Oracle 11G database functionality (including PL/SQL stored procedures, user-defined functions, and triggers). • Experience with Linux operating systems including shell scripting, troubleshooting, and performance tuning. • Experience with setting up and deploying Java applications on IBM Websphere application server. • Experience in developing Java applications using IBM Rational Application Development. • Experience with log management and batch processes. • Experience with review of existing systems. • Ability to gather requirements and document technical implementation in great detail. Key transportation industry knowledge is preferred in the following areas: • Knowledge of basic financial policies and procedures as they relate to payroll work flows and business processes. • Experience with financial service business processes for payroll and time reporting.
