These key applications require critical integration and implementation as defined by MoDOT and the availability of funds. The specific services to be provided under this PAQ are unknown at this time, including the total number of deliverables, hours, and cost. The total estimated amount that MoDOT may expend for this PAQ is $147,000. The Offeror and MoDOT will agree on the scope, timing, and cost of each deliverable before the commencement of work. Minimum skillsets required by the individual performing the work under the resulting contract must include: • Desired working knowledge of SAGE AccPac, Accounting software, and SharePoint sub-systems • Expertise in C#, .NET, VB.NET (Visual Basic.Net), IBM Rapid Application Developer (RAD) and IBM WebSphere Application Server (WAS) • 5+ years experience in Java, JSP, Javascript and JQuery • Knowledge in Apache Struts Framework and Spring Framework • Knowledge in IBM WebSphere 8.0, WebSphere MQ (Message Queue) 7.0 • In depth knowledge of Oracle 11G database functionality (including Stored Procedures, functions and PL/SQL) • Advanced knowledge of Linux and Microsoft Windows Server operating systems Key transportation industry knowledge is preferred especially in the following areas: • MoDOT Human Resources (HRIS) • MoDOT Bridge, Design and Construction Engineering Applications • MoDOT Contractor Performance Rating System • MoDOT Blueprint – Safety & Traffic • MoDOT Bid Letting • MoDOT Sign Management System All estimated numbers provided herein are for informational purposes only and are not intended to reflect any guaranteed usage of this PAQ.
