Job Description Analyst: SQL Server DataBase, SQL, .Net,

This consultant will support the migration of ODS Metadata from existing SQL Server database to the Ab Initio Metadata Hub. This individual will not be focusing on the programming problems but will be interacting with the users/users of the data. They are looking for a tech savvy, puzzle and spreadsheet loving kind of individual. There is a batch process that is ran early every morning that is comprised of data. This individual will be analyzing that data for the team (research, reporting, digging into). This individual will be researching lineage of data, extracting data into spreadsheets and importing that data into the Ab Initio Metadata tool. This consultant will work with the line of business along with the technical teams so communication and interpersonal skills are important. This person will be speaking with the users in Fredericktown, MD daily. Might be tasked with creating/assisting in creating and refining automated import routines and may need to perform manual migration of some data. Prior experience using SQL, MS SQL Server database, Teradata database and Ab Initio metadata tool is desired. If this individual has any .NET web experience that is a plus (reason is that their resource that focused on the .NET piece has tenured out).

Person needs to start by 8:15am every day, but Cameron is flexible on schedule.
