Consultant shall provide architectural guidance and recommendation and also attend monthly ITD ACCB architecture meetings. 1.2 Consultant will be responsible for the functional maintenance of the MDOT Automated Receipt System (ARS), a Visual FoxPro based commercial vehicle violation and permit issuance system in order to query, export and distribute archival data and also calculate statistics, financial recaps and other information as required by MDOT Enforcement and MDOT Financial Management Divisions as well as external agencies and other entities. 1.3 Consultant will be responsible for the functional maintenance of the MDOT Automated Permit System (APS), a Visual FoxPro based commercial permit issuance system that consists of a central office application in order to query, export and distribute archival data and also calculate statistics, financial recaps and other information as required by MDOT Enforcement and MDOT Financial Management Divisions as well as external agencies and other entities. 1.4 Consultant will be responsible for both code level and functional maintenance of existing MDOT Visual FoxPro-based web applications such as the following: 1.4.1 MDOT ExpressPass Fuel Import Notice System which is a fully automated web-enabled ecommerce application initiative for internet commercial vehicle fuel import notice registration. 1.5 Consultant will be responsible for the operational management of approximately 500 intranet and internetexposed Windows and Linux-based virtual and physical servers located statewide. Responsibilities will include deployment, AD management, provisioning, and troubleshooting of OS stack issues, such as OS, web server, application and application performance, network, name resolution, storage and other issues as they arise. 1.6 Consultant will be responsible for the operational management, troubleshooting and onsite and remote repair/upgrade of Dell/EMC Unity 480F, VNX5300, VNXe3150 and Isilon Gen 4 and Gen 6 storage systems. 1.7 Consultant will be responsible for the operational management, troubleshooting and onsite and remote repair/upgrade of HP servers, blade systems, Virtual Connect infrastructure and FC switches. 1.8 Consultant will be responsible for the operational management, troubleshooting and onsite and remote repair/upgrade of VPLEX Metro. 1.9 Consultant will be respon   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
