(MMRS) is recruiting one (1) SAP HCM ABAP Developer to provide SuccessFactors and SAP implementation and Production system support, with a strong emphasis on ECC Time and SF Employee Central Payroll. The resource will serve as a member of the ABAP team and will work alongside State resources in developing, enhancing, and supporting the Mississippi Accountability System of Government Information and Collaboration (MAGIC) SAP system, plus provide development support in the implementation of the SuccessFactors EC and ECP modules, and the ECC Time and Travel modules Required Skills/Experience: Provide the minimum required skills and/or experience the contractor must possess to qualify for this position. These requirements will be transferred to the Score Sheet and candidates without these requirements reflected on their resume will NOT be presented to the manager for consideration. Eight years experience with ABAP design and development experience with strong experience in ABAP HCM. Functional knowledge in at least three of the following areas: HCM Time & Travel SuccessFactors EC & ECP, Finance, CRM, Logistics, SRM, SUS/ROS, MDM. Four years experience working with an SAP operational system for a Public Sector Client. Two years experience in training / knowledge to public sector employees from entry level and above. Preferred/Not Required: Provide any skills/experience that would be helpful for the candidate to possess but not required. Examples: Previous supervisory experience, WebLoqic experience helpful, etc. 1 Onsite Required: ASAP All work must be completed onsite in the States Jackson, Other (Please specify) Knowledge with State of Mississippi (SOMS) MAGIC system development. Experience with ECC Time and SF ECP Implementation. Two years experience with SuccessFactors Cloud Platform Integration. Two years experience with SAP Portal support. Two year experience with PI support Experience with analysis and development activities to resolve root causes of incidents Experience with WebDynPro.
