The new positions will be responsible for working directly with the Management Information Systems Division Director to provide project management services and other duties as assigned. Required Skills: *Developing or enhancing strategic plans that align agency business imperatives with technology initiatives *Project cost estimation, resource requirements, project time line estimation and project procurement methods *IT service and business capability gap analysis necessary to ensure strategic plan has risk mitigation strategies *Developing effective strategies for socializing strategic plans across the spectrum of agency constituents *Managing state government projects *Presiding over and implementing large scale, state government IT projects *Ability to effectively communicate in English verbally and in writing *Ability to interact with functional users and technical staff regarding business and information technology needs *Ability to listen and solve problems *Experience with IT projects using various development methodologies *Experience managing projects for web development or backend services development *Experience managing enterprise content management *Experience with networks and infrastructures relating to activities for project deployments *Experience performing business analysis to gather and document requirements *Experience with MAVERICS implementation and architecture *Understanding of the MAVERICS business and processing cycles for eligibility determination, monthly rollover and benefits determination *Experience with MDHS interface between MAVERICS (TANF) and METSS (Child Support Enforcement) and transactions that trigger those interfaces *Experience with MDHS/Medicaid interfaces *Experience with DFA current accounting system (SAAS) and insights into changes regarding planned statewide system (MAGIC) *Project Management Professional (PMP) certification   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
