Demonstrated knowledge of Data Architecture (Data Warehousing, Operational Data Store, Data Marts, Staging) and Data Modeling (Normalization, Star Schema, Snowflake Schema). Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team. Demonstrated ability to lead a team. Demonstrated ability to gain an understanding of the frontend and backend environments. Demonstrates excellent judgment in the selection of proper presentation of data and information. Demonstrates the ability to advise customers on different options which may provide a flexible and adaptive result. Has the knowledge and skill to design and build universes, reports, and dashboards that meet business requirements. SENIOR BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE ANALYST: Six or more years of direct work experience in systems analysis, system design, and or systems development required. Five or more years of experience using OLAP tools such as Business Objects or Cognos. Fluency in using data extraction tools using SQL. Demonstrated knowledge of Data Architecture (Data Warehousing, Operational Data Store, Data Marts, Staging) and Data Modeling (Normalization, Star Schema, Snowflake Schema).
