Client requires assistance with a long-term road map on how to mature these processes as well. Client staff will coordinate all Enterprise Architecture activities. *Required Skills: *Skills and Abilities Requirements: *Skilled in Enterprise Architecture and methodologies *Skilled in IT strategic planning and processes *Skilled at long-term planning and creating maturity models *Ability to work independently and self-manage *Ability to work well within a team *Ability to build positive working relationships with project and program team members *Excellent oral and written communication skills *Effective leadership skills *Excellent organizational and time management skills *Knowledge & Experience: *Minimum of 10 years Enterprise Architecting experience utilizing all skills listed above *Substantial experience with strategic planning *Past Government experience in Enterprise Architecture *Knowledge of developing procedures to help facilitate a process to mature EA *Knowledge of IT governance and operations *Knowledge of financial modeling as it pertains to IT investments *Desirable, but not required, knowledge and experience includes: *Familiarity developing Enterprise Architecting principles *Educational Requirements: *A Bachelors degree in business or computer technologies or a related field is required, plus five years of directly related qualifying experience.
