Title : WCAN And CRICET Java Application Development

Description :

Contractor shall participate in development of complete and thorough WCAN and CRICET applications, taking into consideration business aspects and technical aspects. Contractor will provide services and staff and otherwise do all things necessary for or incidental to the performance of work, as set forth below.



The contractor shall perform the following tasks in conjunction with DLI/ERD staff:



For WCAN:



1. At a high level the areas of the application will include but are not limited to claims, orders, retainer agreements, notices, mediations, Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and trading partner management, Uninsured Employer Fund (UEF) management, and Claim Administrator management.

2. Search functionality will be provided to users for retrieving data such as claimants, employers, orders, retainer agreements, attorneys, etc

3. Users will be able to add, edit, or delete data.

4. Some functionality may be restricted to certain individuals or groups based on the data in question.

5. The ability to view and print reports and letters will be provided. The documents will have the option of being produced in the PDF format.

6. The data will be recorded in such a way that a history of how it has changed over time can be produced.

7. The program may interact with third-party application such as FileNet, for document storage, and SAHBRS, for accounting purposes.



For CRICET:

1. Search functionality will be provided to users for finding registered contractors (CR) and/or independent contractors (IC) in the CRICET database.

2. The search criteria will have filters such as CR/IC number, DBA Name, SSN/FEIN, city/state, and active/inactive status.

3. The search screen will return a results list of all CR and/or IC that match the selected criteria

4. The results list will allow the user to select one CR/IC to edit and/or view more details.

5. RCP Editor windows will provide users the ability to modify data specific to the selected CR/IC, such as Status, Participants, Occupations, Documents/Points, Application Information, and Contact information

6. The application will allow new CR/IC to be added via single- and multi-page RCP Wizards.

7. The application will perform batch processes as outlined in the use cases.

8. The application will have online reports available as outlined in the use cases, written in the BiRT reporting tool.
