Refer to the “Data Warehouse Reporting System RFP Questionnaire”, as referenced in Buyer Attachments to this RFP for specific questions that each bidder is required to complete, validating their ability to perform the desired scope of work. Scope of Work: A. Comprehensive service and support structure a. Complete project management and oversight relevant to data warehouse and accompanying analytics tool i. Implementation ii. Ongoing monthly updates and maintenance iii. New group (employer) onboarding and implementation iv. Initial and ongoing update training of users on analytics tool(s) b. Provide a dedicated service team to support and enable the State of Montana team and its users to effectively use the system B. Perform all relevant functions regarding data management and security, processing and ongoing maintenance as necessary for database and analytics functionality a. Integrate claims and eligibility information from the States vendors into data warehouse b. Ensure data completeness and accuracy all the way through to production c. Incorporate National data standards into your reporting and analytics for items such as clinical/quality measures, preventive measures, treatment adherence, drug therapy equivalence measures, and so forth. d. Ensure data security in transit to data warehouse, within data warehouse, and data exported from data warehouse C. Provide a robust standardized reporting and dashboard environment for quick and easy access to relevant and actionable information a. Produce standardized Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Utilization Reporting Dashboards for the State of Montana b. Provide the ability to customize the design and content of a standardized reporting and dashboard package c. Offer a robust selection of pre-designed reports and dashboards available for use in the system D. Robust ad-hoc analytics capabilities a. Predictive analytics b. Clinical quality / treatment adherence measurement tools c. Primary Provider attribution tools d. Custom cohort creation e. Save and share custom reports f. Savings potential: Preventable and cost waste analytics g. Complete drill-down capabilities to claim line level h.
