Job Description :

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

· 5+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: data/information architecture, data science, pattern recognition, web-oriented architecture techniques

· 5+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: digital customer experience, digital product/program management, digital platforms, or digital consulting

· Experience creating information architectures, user experience deliverables (concepts, wireframes, prototypes, web optimized images/infographics), and structured content informed by analytics and user research data

· Experience with online accessibility standards and how to maintain ADA compliance

· High energy level and credible experience, with a track record in development and execution of successful digital projects

· Experience working with Microsoft Word (including Track Changes), Microsoft PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, Axure, Adobe Design Tools (Photoshop, Fireworks, Dreamweaver, etc.), and SharePoint

· Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills

· Detail-oriented, idea generator, problem solver with strong analytical and organizational skills

· Committed to impact with an ability to incorporate new learnings into existing plans and act decisively

· Ability to quickly adapt into a new organization and make an immediate impact through a positive and proactive nature

· Content development and financial industry experience a plus,
