The IBM Tririga Real Estate Manager module is the system of record for floor plan drawings and space allocation information. The purpose of this role is to provide functional and development support for a project initiative, platform upgrade and database migration from Oracle to Exadata. In addition, provide advisory consultation for the potential implementation of the Move Management and Space Reservation modules, work with business stakeholders to understand requirements and develop design. Required Experience/Skills 5+ years experience with IBM TRIRIGA Space Management, Move management and Space Reservation modules (version 10.2/3.5.1 or higher) IBM Certified Application Developer – Tririga Application Platform v3.2.1 or higher Ability to analyze client needs, document business processes and system requirements Creation of functional and technical design documents based on the client base line requirements Configuration of IBM Tririga application changes, workflows and implementation of new Tririga modules, such as, Move Management and/or Space Reservation Experience upgrading Tririga application and platform versions, applying patches and verify basic configurations Conduct code reviews of systems under development Previous experience working in a Corporate Real Estate Environment Proven ability to work independently IBM TRIRIGA AutoCAD Integrator Understanding of all aspects of the software development lifecycle Experience create and executing test scripts Preferred Skills IBM Certified Application Consultant-TRIRIGA Real Estate Manager v10.2 or higher Knowledge of SAP FICO Corporate Real Estate experience   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
