This role is a Senior Application System Engineer role that will be engaged with implementing sound process design, creative and clean code, thorough unit testing and high performing implementations. This role will be a key contributor in expanding Service view to the Customer Service platform of the future. The Customer Service platform is a highly visible, high-priority set of applications residing on multiple technologies. The platform is used across all Wholesale LOBs. The platform is used by 5000 internal users who are servicing up to 1,000,000 clients. A successful candidate will have a strong understanding of best development practices that lead to a stable production environment, good knowledge of relevant development and monitoring tools, and the ability to work with project managers and provide project leadership when required. This is a very high visibility environment. This application is undergoing a lot of change with multiple efforts going on simultaneously. • Coordinate all aspects of the end-to-end release process • Technology coordination and collaboration across teams on items that need support across various releases, technology contact point critical issues that needs quicker turnaround within releases. • Manage risks and resolves issues that affect release scope and schedule • Work with delivery managers to understand impacts of branches and code merges • Maintain the release calendar for all applications releases as well as patching, vulnerabilities remediation, product upgrade etc. • Review all change requests related to Service view to ensure it meet ECM criteria as well as assessing impact of the change request to the application • Technology Lead for the Application Management related technology activities such as Technology Compliance activities and etc, • Liaison between Non-Prod support and Dev and QA Teams. 7+ years of web development experience; including programming and developing web applications 5+ years of information technology experience Mgt/Lead/Supv 3+ years of leadership experience 7+ years of development experience with one or more of the following: Java, C++, C#, C, or .NET 5+ years of JavaScript development experience 5+ years of MVC (Model-View-Controller) Framework experience 3 + years of Microsoft Dynamics CRM experience (Preferred) 2+ years of Unified Service Desktop (USD) experience (Preferred)   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
