Implementation should be conducted while utilizing industry standards and best practices. Key Responsibilities: Candidates must possess a strong understanding of semantic knowledge base modeling techniques including knowledge store technologies; RDF/OWL based Ontology modeling, SPARQL query engines, & conceptual data modeling concepts. Candidates must demonstrate knowledge and understanding of advanced database concepts including data modeling, SQL programming skills, data access & data warehouse and operational data stores. Candidates must also fully understand software development life cycle principles, practice, and disciplines. Candidates should also have strong knowledge of ETL concepts, data integration, big data, and data migration. Technical Requirements: BS in Computer Science and 5+ years of related technical experience. Professional Skills: Able to multi-task and work in a dynamic, fast-pace environment. Good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance. Desired Skills/Experience: Experience with Git or Subversion version control.
