Description :

Technology Support Specialist
Contractors needed to re-image 300 instructor laptops before the start of Spring Semester 2021.

Expected Skills: Able to work successfully with guidance; cannot provide leadership to others; able to manage simple to medium complexity work efforts.

Description (including, but not limited to):
1. Imaging PCs, Troubleshooting PCs. Installing Software.
2. Hands-on technical and functional assistance to business and technical users.
3. Working in a team environment.
4. Assisting other technicians and coordinating efforts as needed with others.
