The PM will also ensure that Service Level Agreements and milestones for the project are met. RESPONSIBILITIES Manage day-to-day operations related to a particular project Proactively manage the clients service needs to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction and that their expectations are met Serve as the conduit and escalation point for problem management of customer troubles and issues Coordinate accurate, up-to-date reporting of project status, scheduling, and planning Supervise the Support Vendor\Sub-Contractors staffS progress relative to assigned projects Coordinate with other managers, consultants and contractors on project to ensure quality performance Attend project and deployment meetings Build and maintain superior client relations QUALIFICATIONS 10 year of Project Management experience 7+ years Telecom industry experience 5+ years in Unified Communications Highly organized and disciplined with proven time management skills required Project Management experience with budgeting, project cost estimating, scheduling and planning. Ability to coordinate and integrate work across multiple disciplines, complete scheduling and resource planning activities to drive efficient work processes, identify and manage all project risks, and enhance customer communication and satisfaction. Demonstrated experience with strong communications with internal and external stakeholders. Specifically, consulting with clients, identifying client needs, developing action plans, providing deliverables, and presenting results.
