Job Description Administrator: Microsoft Office 2010, Windows XP, COTS Applications, Sap Windows 7

Client is seeking to fill a short term (approx 6 months) contractor assignment. The selected candidate will provide assistance to microcomputer users in the planning, procurement, installation and maintenance of microcomputer hardware and software and will also provide hardware and software support to PC users within an assigned territory.

Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:
? Installation of COTS products
? In-House applications
? Product optimizing
? Ghosting
? Installation of PCs, printers, scanners and other PC peripherals.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Requirements:
Requirements are:
? Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Windows XP and Windows 7
? Knowledge of Microsoft Office 2010
? Knowledgeable of in hard drive imaging processes
? Experience with Exchange Email and Calendar with Outlook client
? Experience with imaging COTS applications
? Ability to manage tasks and meet schedules
? Must have good organizational and communication skills, written and oral
? Must have excellent customer service and teamwork skills

Preferred Experience:
? McAfee Anti Virus
? SAP
? Adobe Acrobat, Bentley Microstation, Oracle Client
? Experience in a DOT or Government environment
