They will develop and operationalize change management for the tools and technologies within the Services discipline. Develop and operationalize Release Management for Service Discipline assets within the SOA Center. Develop Service Level Agreement metrics and goals for the Service Discipline. The Services SME will participate in process flow analysis and SOA centric process redesign along with the project team discovering, validating, documenting and communicating the organizations services required for SOA success for client IT SOA Initiative dentify issues and risks found in the mapping of existing and proposed services to SOA methodology Establish an Enterprise-wide SOA centric services implementation model. Required Skills: * 5 years of experience working in a mature SOA environment. * 5 years of experience developing processes and procedures for enterprise change and release management. * Experience tracking SOA service assets through the release cycle * Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a diversified workload * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Strong problem solving, troubleshooting skills including ability to perform root cause analysis for preventative analysis * Ability to define and maintain SOA centric infrastructure documentation according to all the defined environments * Proven Ability to work as a member of a team * High level of competence with MS Office, MS Visio, and MS Project * High level communication skills and be able to produce documentation to a high standard * Experience transitioning stove-pipe systems and architecture to SOA-centric architecture * Competency in modeling, simulating and analyzing the "as-is" and SOA centric "to-be" scenarios   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
