This sitemap needs to represent Drupal-specific best practices in its design. • Document the custom coding needed to meet proposed business requirements and information design. • Work with the Project Manager to create a realistic Transition Plan document that identifies task and resources required to move current content to the new system. • Create a functional set of wireframes to be used in the design process and to collaborate with stakeholders to produce a reliable public-facing, agency website. • Provide Drupal-specific input to DPI staff during the process to create both logical and physical architecture diagrams in a Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP (LAMP) environment. • Document identified risks associated with the Transition Plan and to provide recommended tracking and remediation for identified risk. • Collaborate with the Web Services team to develop the business user interface and workflow in Drupal, with an emphasis on ease of use for nontechnical user. • Document a proposed QA strategy that can be used during implementation. Required Skills: • Four years of demonstrated experience of full stack web development. • Two years of demonstrated, hands-on Drupal 7 module development experience in a professional environment. • Proven ability to architect and develop scalable, custom Drupal 7 implementations. • Experience working on high traffic, enterprise-class websites, including ensuring high availability, performance optimization and designing caching strategies. • Knowledge of programming techniques, programming languages, operating systems and the capabilities/limitations of computer systems including the following: PHP, MySQL, LAMP environments. • Strong understanding of MySQL database setup and tuning. Desired Skills: .
