Candidate must have strong application architecture, design, and development skills. This position leads the business owner in the translation of customer requests into technical requirements and user stories. Responsibilities also include developing business requirements, facilitating change management documentation, coordinating software release schedules with the Business, providing testing and training support, as well as serving as the primary developer on the project. This individual must have proven experience with enterprise level software development. The ideal candidate will enjoy working side-by-side with a client and staff for on-going design and development of a highly visible NCDOT public web application.
