The IT Transformation Manager (ITM) lead the efforts associated with planning, coordination, and decommission of legacy IT systems with direct engagement and support from the systems integration vendor. This role is the point of contact providing oversight for deployment planning and delivery of projects focused on Enterprise IT platform modernization in addition to providing primary support of analysis, implementation, testing and certification of new functionality. This role is responsible for providing IT management support to decommission planning, interoperability integration efforts, and deployment projects for legacy IT system activities. The role works closely with the Systems Integration Vendor to understand product transitioning and integration planning activities. Collaborates with module project managers, vendors, and Product managers to develop action plans for deployment and decommissioning activities for legacy system platforms. Provides supervision, and direction to systems integration project management areas of the program. The ITM will work integrally as a member of the MES management team performing both strategic and tactical assignments on behalf of the Program. The role will share responsibility for the outcomes of the system integration activities and will aide in providing oversight and direction for vendors and teams focused on re-engineering and integration of systems and features throughout the enterprise. The position also aides and overseeing the transformation and transition to operations of vendor solutions. The ITM leads cross functional teams including Product Management, Project Management, Architecture, and Systems Integration to ensure that requested business system capabilities are deployed and properly integrated upon delivery. The resource will exhibit strong analytical skills contributing to the identification and analysis of risks, issues, lessons learned, action items, technical team performance metrics, and will maintain crosswalks, and associated documentation. This resource will interface with Division Leadership and DHHS Subject Matter Experts (SME) as required to complete the work. The selected candidate must be a results-oriented individual with a very strong work ethic and must be able to demonstrate excellent, negotiation, communication and problem-solving skills. This position will be responsible for working with senior-level business executives, IT personnel, IT Vendor, and business program resources to execute project requirements and manage stakeholder expectations. • Supervise the day-to-day activities of project managers, and related personnel. • Responsibilities include but are not limited to: authoring project management artifacts • Developing and managing all required State CIO project documentation, • Serving as an IT management liaison to the business client, • Leading the analysis of the legacy system environments with the technical team. • Oversee decommission and integration activities in concert with the systems integrator • Ensuring that project plans are maintained with deliverables being completed timely and accurately, • Supervising staff (State and contractual staff), • Conducting formal presentations, coordinating with vendors, associated business, and technical stakeholders • Must be able to demonstrate excellent program management, negotiation, communication and problem-solving skills. • Responsible for working with both senior-level business executives and IT personnel to define and execute program requirements and manage stak   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
