By hiring the best people and helping them grow both professionally and personally, we ensure a bright future for the people who work here. we are currently seeking a Technical / Application Architect to join our team in Winston-Salem, North Carolina Job Description • Top level technical expert in one or more highly specialized phases of applications systems analysis. • Partners with business analysts, systems analysts and engineers in requirements gathering and reviews. • Responsible for analyzing and translating business, information and technical requirements into an architectural blueprint that outlines solutions to achieve business objectives. • Works with enterprise architecture, application and infrastructure teams to produce an optimal, high level, conceptual design for the project. • Viewed as a technical expert and critical resource across multiple disciplines. • Participates as a top level technical expert in leading multiple consulting projects or a single large/complex project and ensures the success of enterprise-level application rollouts. • Defines interface and integration requirements and design the solution • Facilitates the establishment and implementation of standards and guidelines that guide the design of technology solutions including architecting and implementing solutions requiring integration of multiple platforms, operating systems and applications across the enterprise. • Determines and develops architectural approaches and solutions, conducts business reviews, documents current systems, and develops recommendations of how to proceed with the applications. Education • BE/BTECH/MBA / Insurance Certification & experience (Any Graduate) • Equivalent combination of education and work experience. Experience • 08-10 years of relevant experience • Experience is insurance domain preferred Position Characteristics • Preferred candidate should have similar experience working with a Life Insurance company currently or in the past. • Should have minimum 8 years of team handling experience with proven skills in monitoring and motivating large cross functional teams to get the desired outputs from them • Should be High on initiative, self-motivated, quick decision-making and implementation skills along with granular approach to things to find out and tweak processes for better output • Should have Hands on / Solution driven approach Have a very high client focus, rapidly able to build relationships and credibility and to provide an excellent service for the client being both sensitive and responsive to their needs • Subject matter expert in at least one service area or technology and proficient in multiple service areas and technologies. • Ability to physically perform general office requirements. • Must be able to perform essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations. • Significant travel including overnight domestic or international trips may be required. • Strong written and oral communication skills • Flexible work schedule, depending on project • Ability to maintain effective working relationships   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
