Work with Team Leads, technical staff and business users to identify, track and manage project issues as they arise. Answer questions and inquiries about system functionality. Provide user support, including training, help and instructions. Required: 1. Five (5) or more years experience (current within the last year) as an IS&T Senior Business Analyst 2. Five (5) or more years experience working with business clients and technical staff to develop business requirements for computer application modifications 3. Five (5) or more years experience writing detailed Business and System Requirements and Requirements Documents, Gap Analysis Documents, Use Cases, User Guides 4. Five (5) or more years experience developing workflows that demonstrate current and proposed business and system requirements 5. Five (5) or more years experience creating, executing, and validating detailed system test scripts to meet system requirements 6. Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Visio 7. Proficient in speaking and writing in the English language 8. Self-motived, able to manage multiple assignments, and meet required deadlines Preferred: 1. Medical Claims Processing experience with Medicaid or Commercial Health Insurance 2. Experience with HIPAA Transactions and Code Set Rule 3.
