Description :

Bachelors or Associates degree and at least 3 to 5 years of experience related to the positions essential functions. Any equivalent education and/or work experience may be substituted to meet the positions minimum qualifications.

Trainer/Instructor/Presenter work involves developing & conducting training sessions. Being available to provide clarifications to the class attendees concerning delivered content, define the situation of the presentation/training, and structure the presentation, voice, and visuals.

Develop schedule/program study and develop knowledge gap assessment tools for program studies using existing documentation and program requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities

We seek a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as a Trainer/Instructor/Presenter. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions, developing instructional materials, and engaging audiences in various learning environments.

For performing necessary job duties in the hybrid work environment, contractor

a. Should possess their computer, Microsoft Office installed, internet, phone, headset, and drivers license. The state agency plans no expense reimbursement for this position.

b. The necessary network/system/applications and access permissions will be provided upon selection.



Knowledge and Abilities:

Knowledge:

Learning Styles: Awareness of different learning styles and strategies to accommodate visual, auditory, kinesthetic, and other learning preferences.
Cross-Cultural Collaboration: Awareness of cultural differences and effective communication strategies when working with diverse audiences.
Presentation Tools: Proficiency in using presentation tools and software to create visually appealing and engaging presentations.
Assessment and Evaluation: Knowledge of assessment techniques and evaluation methods to measure participant learning and training program effectiveness.
Technology Integration: Knowledge of various educational technologies, including virtual training platforms, e-learning tools, and multimedia resources, to enhance the learning experience.
Basic business practice processes and procedures.
Formats used in written business communications.
English grammar, spelling, and composition are needed for correspondence and meeting planning.
Office management principles, methods, and procedures.

Presentation Skills: The ability to deliver engaging and impactful presentations, utilizing compelling storytelling, visuals, and interactive elements.

Adaptability: Flexibility to adjust teaching methods based on the needs and learning styles of diverse audiences.
Interpersonal Skills: The capacity to build rapport with participants, creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with training technologies, including virtual platforms, e-learning tools, and multimedia resources.
Problem-Solving: The ability to address unexpected challenges during training sessions, finding practical solutions on the spot.
