This position is part of a team (5 programmers) that supports systems for multiple business areas within the client agency. This position will be responsible for all phases of system development and maintenance. Candidate will work directly with various levels of business and technical staff to determine sound technical solutions for business requirements. Candidate will develop new systems using the Microsoft ASP.NET framework, Microsoft Visual C# and Telerik DevCraft toolset Required Skills: Candidate must have Associate Degree in Data Processing, computer science or related field, at least 5 years software development experience including at least 3 years of experience with developing web software applications. Candidates must have at least 3 years Visual Studio 2008, 2010 and/or 2012/2013 experience, ASP.Net 3.5 and above experience, C# coding experience, Telerik DevCraft Developmental toolset. Candidate must have at least 3 years of experience writing complex SQL queries.and working with MS SQL server 2008 and above. Candidates must have at least 2 years of HTML coding experience. Candidate must have extensive experience working with web services. Candidate must have experience in leading an application development project with multiple developers providing mentoring and guidance. Candidate must be able to work well within a team environment and have exceptional collaborative skills. Candidate must be service oriented with strong interpersonal skills working with all levels of business and technical staff. Candidates MUST have strong written and verbal communication skills.
