Description:

NDE/IT Applications Developer Senior – DevOps

This position will assist in providing hands-on guidance on topics such as branching and merging, build automation, workstation configuration, CI/CD pipelines, other release procedures and general use of the tools. It will also provide support for both native Azure DevOps Server source repositories and Git source repositories.


REQUIREMENTS:

· Bachelors or masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

· A candidate for this position must have at least 3 years of work experience in DevOps capacity, preferably supporting personnel and applications on Azure cloud infrastructure.

· A candidate for this position must also have proven and successful experience developing large scale enterprise solutions on Microsoft Technology stack, such as asp.NET 4.x, .NET Core 3.1 +, asp.NET MVC, MVC razor pages, and a JavaScript framework such Angular.

· A candidate for this position will have strong with relational database management system, preferably MS SQL, Azure SQL and NoSQL databases

· Demonstrated understanding of software configuration management, build, deployment, and release management Lifecyle

· Maintaining and Deploying CI/CD tools

· Management of code repositories and application release based on SLDC (agile)

· Experience working with Azure, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines

· Experience with unit and integration testing

· Managing tools and required infrastructure to support development pipelines

· At least 3 years working experience with Visual Studio, C#, and .NET/.NET Core

· Experience with REST API, JWT token, OAuth/SSO Authentication

· Experience with GIT

· Experience with Node/NPM and Angular


PREFERRED:

· A masters degree in computer science or software engineering

· At least three years of experience working as DevOps Engineer

· Experience with Agile development methodologies.

· Experience developing enterprise applications for large corporations
