Knowledge of website security best practices. An understanding of Microsoft best practices, lifecycle management and naming convention Resourcefulness in troubleshooting complex problems, finding available internal solutions and ability to troubleshoot software/hardware problems Ability to multi-task and manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously Good communication skills, both verbal and written Demonstrable technical documentation skills to communicate design exercises and decisions. Software development experience with public facing websites, multi-tier development. Strong testing and debugging skills. Technical skills Strong C#.Net Version 3.5 or higher. MVC 3 or higher. Strong SQL 2008/2012 skills. Knowledge of Object Oriented Programming/Design SDLC, AGILE methodology Experience with MS/Access VBA or Excel VBA Skills a plus: Knowledge of HTML5.
