Short Description:
The NJKiDS Product Specialist is the expert in training, support and implementation of an automated web based child support enforcement system.

Important notes related to position:
-The dates on this position correspond to fiscal year funding. The position is intended to run beyond 9/30/2011 for an extended contract time.

-THIS IS A COMPETITIVE POSITION WHERE ACTUAL INTERVIEWS WILL TAKE PLACE.

-This position will be a Statewide position requiring work and travel to Northern NJ - The rate will correspond to AREA 2.

Complete Description:

Primary responsibilities include: to facilitate application proficiency for end users and to analyze and recommend changes to existing designs and work flows to maximize system features.

Years of Relevant Experience: 2 to 5 years

Preferred Education: 4 year college degree or equivalent technical study

This position may involve travel and may involve working extended hours.

Role Description:

-The ideal candidate will have experience in a teaching, training, implementation role.
-The ideal candidate will have experience identifying, documenting and assessing application issues/defects with proprietary product.
-Contractor should have prior customer service experience.
-The ideal candidate will have experience with business process re – engineering.
-The ideal candidate will have familiarity and/or skilled experience in programming & databases.
-The ideal candidate will have experience in work flow analysis.
-The ideal candidate will have experience in working with tables, large amounts of data and is able to translate information to end-users.
-Resource will identify & manage issues, risks and action items for system application.
-Actively contribute as an expert or actual designer.

This requirement is for a project to support existing and new users in implementation of enhancements and system changes in the NJKids application.
