The client is looking for someone to come in long-term and help with the optimization of numerous R scripts, using both Spark & SparkR. Desired Technical Skills: R (required) Spark (Required) Ideally operational/framework knowledge as opposed to just loading code into Spark SparkR (Nice-to-Have) Role/Project: This telecom client provides data to all of its business clients on network performance, outages, optimization, etc. The team this person will be joining is responsible for pulling, grooming, and organizing that data off of the network hardware devices.
