Work Location: Parsippany, New Jersey Clients business problem to solve: As a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Architect / Lead Developer, you will be acting as key member of the Automation team, he/she will also support other functions across strategy, process design, infrastructure, governance and initiatives with in practices / customer. You wil be responsible creating enterprise frameworks, architecture patterns, governance and project implementation guidance and support. The role involves supporting one or more RPA projects through all phases of lifecycle. The position brings deep SME knowledge and proven delivery experience across multiple RPA technologies. You will be responsible for conducting requirements gathering sessions with the customers to understand and document their processes in detail and validating the process details with your customers. You will develop the automated processes using state-of-the-art RPA products and deploying them in the customers environment. You will monitor, refine and improve your processes based on customer feedback. Positions General Duties and Tasks: • Infrastructure Design and Performance • Coordinate the design, and deployment of infrastructure in partnership with client teams. Ensure ongoing scalability, performance and SLA management of the infrastructure in partnership with customer teams. • Platform Strategy, Roadmap and Standards: • Define and implement the RPA product roadmap with customers and ensure compliance with vendor standards including product upgrade, packaging, patches and evaluation. • Address product issues and bugs in collaboration with IT/ Engineering teams • Adapt the RPA platforms for best practices and certify versions for roll out for customers • Automation Development and Support • Manage the support of RPA applications as per customer SLAs and cover the following functions: Development, bug fix, code deployment, disaster recovery, technical recovery and control plans. Serve as the primary point of contact with customer for system-related issues, integration test support and user acceptance testing support. • Technical Consulting • Provide consulting to all account teams to design, develop and deploy RPA solutions. Also, help teams in resolving complex issues including but not limited to performance, scalability, integrations, configuration and customization. • Design and develop solutions and maintain technical responsibility for project delivery as the sole technical resource on a project. • Leveraging industry best practices and experience, identify automation opportunities and recommend automation solutions including architectural and technical designs • Take business requirements, current and future state process designs and translate them into process flows. • Create and maintain required project lifecycle requirement documents • Coordinate activities within clients IT / Automation COE / business environments to develop, test and deploy RPA solutions o Requirements: 1. 10+ years of hands on experience 2.
