Note: Must have Excellent Communication Skills.

This position will be responsible for:

-Build and install personal computers, systems, wireless network and peripheral devices (such as printers, scanners) related to desktop infrastructure, in accordance with department standards.
-Ability to configure, troubleshoot and test Android Phone across network
-Accurately record, update and document requests using the IT service desk system.
-Install and configure new IT equipment.
-Resolve incidents and upgrade different types of software and hardware.
-Resolve incidents with printers, copiers and scanners
-Work with Dell\HP phone support to order parts and/or service
-Deals with IT Professionals and End user Clients
-Works well independently or with a team
-Ability to lift 25 Pounds

Please note: This position is a 37.5 hour workweek working 9 to 5 with 1/2 hour lunch. Also, parking is limited. Various pay lots and parking garages are within walking distance. However, the Perry Street Park and Ride shuttle is free when you show your State ID which you will receive on your first day.
