A resource is required to deploy, repair and maintain desktop and network printers on the Treasury network including Hewlett Packard, Dell, Xerox and other models. Note: This is not a Help Desk Role. They need an experienced Printer Technician. This resource will need to: - build and manage printer queues for new printers and update print drivers for all printers on print servers. - work with an on-site Xerox technician for maintaining multi-function devices and will work with Xerox phone support to order parts and request service. An individual is required who can communicate with IT professionals and end user clients and work well independently or with a team. The ability to lift up to 25 pounds is also required in order to install printers. Ideally, two years of experience in all these skills is requested. Note: This position is a 37.5 hour workweek working 9 to 5 with 1/2 hour lunch. Also, parking is limited. Various pay lots and parking garages are within walking distance. However, the Perry Street Park and Ride shuttle is free when you show your State ID which you will receive on your first day.
