ITO is seeking multiple experienced QA Testers for delivering Unified Case Management applications and to assist in testing and supporting multiple Judiciary applications. The QA Tester should have 7+ years of experience working closely with development teams and Business team, Scrum Agile methodology, writing and running test scripts, functional testing, system testing, integration testing, exploratory testing, regression testing, UFT automation experience and SQL. Pega testing experience and Mainframe experience is a plus. The Tester must be versatile and flexible to work on multiple projects. Tester must be able to fit in to the team seamlessly and have a go getter attitude and work very well with technical team and other business team. QA Tester Responsibilities: 5+ years of experience in QA software testing. Up-to-date knowledge of QA software test design and testing methodologies. Working knowledge of test techniques and compatibility with various QA programs. Working knowledge of programming. Excellent communication and critical thinking skills. Good organizational skills and detail-oriented mindset. Participate in reviews, walkthroughs, or inspections Reviewing Business requirements and preparing test scenarios. Executing tests on software usability. Analyzing test results and reporting errors or bugs. Preparing reports on all aspects related to the QA software testing carried out and reporting to the design team. Interacting with clients to understand product requirements. Participating in design reviews and providing input on requirements, product design, and potential problems. Develop and document application Test Plans based on Business requirements and technical specifications. Participate in application planning meetings. Testing and Development tools Requirements: Quality Center experience is a must. Extensive experience with the Use of Microsoft office products. UFT automation tool experience is a must.
