Candidate should be familiar with IBM MQ Series and Oracle data bases. The QA Analyst will provide software testing and analytical support to the development team as well as other QA staff. The QA team members will work under the supervision of our QA test lead. Preference will be given to candidate who has worked on high profile software modernization projects with an emphasis on testing and quality assurance. Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the team to create test cases to ensure test coverage across all modules in the project. - Responsible for the examination and testing of software, to identify defects before going to UAT and then Production. - Review and interpret business requirements and translate them into test procedures. - Evaluate and test new or modified software. Requirements: - Familiar with smoke testing, regression testing, script writing, automation testing and full SDLC testing. - Ability to apply test methodologies into daily routines and perform repeatable testing processes and procedures. - Knowledge of Scrum and Agile frameworks. - Must have a BS degree in computer science or engineering and 5 yrs. of exp. in the skill sets listed above. 4. QA Team Lead, all with 5 years experience required - i. The QA Team Lead will provide training, guidance, mentoring, support & supervision. 5 years experience and required ii. The QA Team Lead Takes will take the lead in performing more complex testing activities and communication of findings. iii. The QA Team Lead will support other team members as needed on processes and new functionality. The QA Analyst will provide software testing and analytical support to the development team as well as other QA staff.
