Job Description Consultant: ALI Database Functionality, Data Network Architecture, NENA I3, GIS

Description:

Senior Consultant capable of developing an RFP that will migrate the current analog statewide enhanced 9-1-1 infrastructure to an IP based system. compliant with national standards and capable of interfacing to existing legacy call taking equipment.

Required Skills:

* Knowledge and experience in the specialized field of enhanced 9-1-1.
* Knowledge of ALI database functionality.
* Knowledge of data network architecture incorporating redundancy and resiliency.
* Knowledge of NENA i3 standards based ESI network and the associated functional elements.
* Knowledge of GIS role in NG9-1-1 call routing.
* Ability to write technical documents.
