Individuals in this position must have demonstrated experience in leading moderate to large sized application development teams including the analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation. They understand the concepts of software quality assurance theory and practice. The Project Manager will conduct and coordinate joint application development sessions with team members, IT partners, and stakeholders to analyze, establish, and develop a solution to meet project goals and objectives. Responsibilities include preparing Excel, Visio, PowerPoint or other presentation to communicate project status to IT staff and internal/external partners. Individuals will be responsible to conduct group meeting designed to ensure projects adhere to best practices and standards and operational efficiency. The Project Manage will coordinate the testing and training the staff as needed. The ability to anticipate, identify, track and resolve issues and risks affecting own work and work of the Application Team. Individuals will determine time estimates and schedule for own work, coordinate activities of others, manage budgets, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
