In order to ensure the successful implementation of this endeavor it is necessary to ensure staffing with expertise in data analytics. This position will be responsible for the analysis and mapping of all data fields and data tables within the existing DABS system in order to ensure the successful conversion of claims data to the new case management system. Additionally, this position will be responsible for general analytics and statistical modeling of existing data sets with in the Temporary Disability Insurance & Family Leave Insurance program. Activities include defining data requirements, data collection, processing, cleaning, analysis, modeling & visualization. Day-to-day aspects of discovering, validating, documenting, and communication technical-process-related knowledge through modeling, simulating, analyzing and testing.
