Mandatory Qualifications: 60 + months experience managing small to medium-scale business analysis work or projects with distinct deliverables to a solution; Candidate is able to work without assistance and can provide leadership for others; may have advanced education. 80 Months of Experience using recognized business analysis methodologies (e.g., business process diagrams, use cases, fit-gap analysis, SWOT, “as is-to be”, and functional designs) to document, communicate, and validate requirements for a system or business process. Additional nice to have qualifications: 72 Months of Experience in developing test scenarios, scripts, and data; reviewing test results; and assessing the implementation of appropriate solutions to ensure they perform to the required specifications and achieve the design capabilities 60 Months of Experience in providing reporting statistics and metrics to provide executives with information on program and project initiatives needed to manage their business processes. 60 Months of Experience working with senior executives and stakeholders to identify requirements, identify and document business process changes to improve business efficiencies and communicate and assist in change management 18 Months of Experience working in the public sector Bachelors Degree   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
