Translate customer input into information that can be used to make decisions and support the technical solution. 72 months experience working as a Business Analyst on complex projects in a fast-paced environment wherein the team comprises a variety of Stakeholders including Senior Business and IT Management, Business Subject Matter Experts, Vendors and IT resources to understand and negotiate needs and expectations across all. 72 months experience in business process modeling for improving business and systems operations in turn identifying innovative ways to increase customer satisfaction.
