Creating a generic interface for users to create their own interfaces, depending on their needs. Designing and programming in .Net environment using GitHub version control software. Mandatory Qualifications: 7+ years of experience as a technical expert centered around a technology, technologies or a portfolio of applications- Designing and implementing Information Technology solutions; Candidate is able to provide leadership of large teams and/or extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field. 84 months Experience with object-oriented analysis, design, and programming (OOA, OOD, OOP) as well as Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), N-tier architecture using MVC patterns. Requested Qualifications: 84 months Experience programming in VB.Net or C#.net together with Visual Basic 6 (using MSFlexGrid). 84 months Experience designing and maintaining Microsoft Visual Basic Applications using Visual Studio Tools for Office (VSTO), Excel VBA, “Office. Interop” application integration. 84 months Experience in analysis and design including ERDs, DFDs, Transitions diagrams, etc., encompassing both high and low-level design. 84 months Experience working within an Application Development organization such as Medicare/Medicaid financial applications, Health and Nutrition applications, or SACWIS (Statewide Automated Child Welfare Information System) based system. 84 months Experience developing Windows or ASP.NET Web applications using VB.Net or C# and Web Services using Windows Communication Foundation (WCF) or Web API, implementing cryptography frameworks, implementing application security mechanism, developing WYSIWYG (what you see is what you get) systems using ASP WebForms, ASP Razor, Windows Presentation Foundation(WPF) or WinForms. 60 months Experience using Microsoft Visual Studio 2010|2013 using Framework 4.0+ with experience in WinForms, Entity Framework (EF), and version control using GitHub. 60 months Experience designing systems using Oracle or SQL Server Databases, ER Diagrams, Stored Procedures, Indexes, Triggers, Cursors and User Defined Functions. 36 months Experience developing XML frameworks, implementing OpenXml and ClosedXML frameworks and designing PDF documents using iTextSharp framework.
