Responsibilities Are you a tech & IT geek? We have a 30-month project with our client in Albany, NY that requires a SOA Architect, Expert Day-to-Day Tasks include, but not limited to: As integration specialist helping NYS agency application development teams to design/develop and implement reusable IT assets as web services and APIs using Akana. Administer PKI Infrastructure. MQ, Message Broker, Akana/SOA Software and our consuming applications require private keys to be acquired from our Certificate Authority. Public certificates must be distributed to and from our service consumers. Familiarity of PKI Architecture, toolsets to support PKI and an understanding of encryption and digital signature is required. Administer WebSphere MQ. The MQ environment includes over 8 production Queue Managers and dozens of non-production Queue Managers. These Queue Managers run on JBoss (RHEL), Message Broker (RHEL) and Unisys 2200 environments. Administer WebSphere Message Broker. The Message Broker environment includes 2 production instances and 7 non-production instances. The environment operates over 20 MQ flows and 6-8 web service flows. Message Flows include Java, ESQL and XSLT code. Mandatory Qualifications: Works in the field of Information Technology, experienced in the usage and support of a collection of development platforms, technical architectures or business applications and products that run on those platforms. 84+ Months-Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field. Preferred Qualifications: 48 Months Experience with administration of Akana/SOA Software Service Manager Suite of products, Network Director, Policy Manager and Lifecycle Manager or similar SOA intermediary middleware products. 84 months experience with any ESB or SOA Intermediary (Examples include DataPower, Message Broker and Rogue Wave Softwares Akana API Management) 48 Months Experience in Enterprise Security Architecture including Certificate/PKI management within an SOA implementation 48 months programming experience with Java/J2EE, JavaScript, and/or Microsoft .Net.
