Additionally, the individual will support end users; design implementation & training; support internal review process in purchasing module for online approvals; support/build various custom reports & forms in Oracle; support Oracle application manager; create responsibilities, & menus; support Kofax Mark View Imaging System; support the statewide initiative to migrate DCJS, & Department of Homeland Security & Emergency Services (DHSES) to SFS, & training end users. Provide support for the Grants Gateway System and technical support for any other SFS Grants system brought onboard. Qualifications: Software Developer - Is involved with all facets of the software development process, including the research, design, programming, testing and implementation of computer software. Expert 84+ months: Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field. 84 months experience in developing applications software using Oracle Forms, Reports and Databas 72 months experience in Application Development in Oracle Applications Suite version 11.x and modules such as PO, AP,GL 36 months experience in Application Development in Oracle Financials Application Suite versions 11.5.10.x or later 72 months experience in modifying custom libraries, PL/SQL, Oracle Application reports and forms 24 months experience with NYS customs to Oracle Financials Applications Suite- including inbound and outbound interfaces. 24 months experience with NYS current custom Oracle Financials processes pertaining to creating and maintaining budgets, shorthand aliases and accounting fields. 24 months experience with New York State Statewide Financial System Peoplesoft; including Budget solutions, design and implementation, including but not limited to how it impacts agency interfaces. 12 Months experience in OAF with Oracle EBS application and XML publisher. "24 months experience with creating and utilizing Global temporary tables, REF cursors, APIs, request sets and descriptive flex fields. 24 months experience in testing scenarios, writing user test scripts, writing comprehensive job aids, and providing user training. Project Management Professional Certification Day-to-Day tasks: Provide technical support to maintain Oracle Financials outbound process to send transactions such as contracts, encumbrances, vouchers, refunds, and receivable transactions to current Statewide Financial System (SFS). Provide technical support to Oracle financials inbound process to receive transactions files from SFS every day and process them and load budget values, load shorthand aliases and create and post budget entries into Oracle Financials management system. Provide lead budget support to end users for production issues, solutions design and implementation, including training.
