Designing training material to teach ITS and Agency staff to write COGNOS reports and use advanced COGNOS analytic functions. Assisting with requirements gathering sessions. Writing and tuning SQL. Technical Support of user testing efforts. Production support tasks including analysis of issues, propose and implement solutions. Mentoring of less experienced staff.
