Position Due Date: 2/14/2019 **Need locals with in-person interview available. **Need 3 References with resume (please send via email) Principal Duties and Responsibilities include: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including a thorough understanding of translating business requirements into technical and reporting requirements. Provide guidance and through analysis of budgeting, revenue and financial analysis. Analyze and automate various financial workflows and integrate legacy data with existing financial system. Familiarity with data visualization and analytical tools. Ability to breakdown complex business problems and workflows into meaningful components that are understandable by senior management, business, and technical teams. Ability to create and present effective process flow diagrams, business requirements documents and test cases. Ability to organize information and artifacts in an effective manner that will benefit the team. Ability to play an integral role in all project phases (end-to-end). Hands-on experience with manual or automated testing environments. Strong skills working with MS Excel, MS Word, MS Power Point, Visio, & SharePoint. Qualifications / Required Skill: Minimum 6 years of business analysis in budgeting, financial and revenue analysis. Experience with data quality tools and working with relational databases and programming concepts. Knowledge of Tableau a plus. Demonstrated understanding of complex SQL, stored procedures, and database functions. Fluent in creating user requirements documents and converting them into technical specification documents. Experience in UAT environment for large scale database, reporting and ETL projects. Bachelors Degree required; degree in Computer Science/Information Systems preferred Six years of business analysis experience, of which at least 2 years in senior position. Two years of experience with automated data quality procedures for an enterprise database/data warehouse. Familiarity with software development best practices. Certifications with business analysis is desirable.
