Job Description Consultant: Windows 7, Java SDK 1.4, SharePoint Server, Windows Vista Windows XP .NET vb.net C#

Requirement:
Drive forward the ability to have over 3,000 macros re-mediated for the new XML form in Office 2010. This consultant will evaluate, re-write existing macros within the MHF environment in preparation for the Windows 7 migration using the Converter tool.

Skills Required:
The position(s) will consist primarily of writing XML java code if necessary. Experience with Java 1.4 and 1.5. XML a MUST. Provide expertise in identification, evaluation, re-write, testing of macros in XML format and move to production all MHF previous versions of macros for the business units.

Superior technical skills in writing XML macros:

·Strong working knowledge of Converter Tool application for Office 20xx program interfaces and remediating Macros/Scripts tools as evidenced by 7 years of experience.

·Expertise in understanding and interpret Macros

·Demonstrate subject-matter expertise in Microsoft Office 20xx Automation development

·Knowledge of Microsoft software solutions including Office, SharePoint® Portal Server, web parts, SQL Server.

·Experience with MS Windows Server 2003/2008, MS Windows XP/Vista/7

·MS Project/Visio

·Advanced proficiency with SQL, preferably Microsoft SQL (up to 2008).

·Intermediate to advanced proficiency in the use and development of Microsoft SharePoint 2007/2010.

·Intermediate proficiency with .NET Platform (C# and/or VB.NET).

·Intermediate to advanced proficiency with XML and Java script.

·Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Automation.

·Ability to work with employees from various functional areas and understand their user needs.

·Demonstrates sound and accurate judgment.

·Ability to effectively respond to changing and sometimes ambiguous situations.

·Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, and priorities to conclusion.

·Demonstrated ability to identify and raise issues and propose oral and written solutions.

·Strong oral and written communication skills.

·Ability to effectively respond to user inquiries or complaints.

·Ability to present technical information orally and in writing to a non-technical audience.

·Demonstrated ability to effectively problem-solve.

Requirements in supporting as many of the following areas:

Requirements:

·Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field or relative experience

·Certification from Microsoft (MCSE/MCSD/MCP) is a plus.
