We have a 24-month project with our client in NYC, NY that requires an IT Manager, Expert To support data and reporting for students with disabilities in all school settings, including remote learning settings because of COVID-19. Day-to-Day Tasks include, but not limited to: Design, develop and implement databases and/or data marts that will be used to feed automated operational and management dashboards produced on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Design responsive data reports and analysis utilizing new and emerging processes and systems supporting remote learning as a result of COVID-19. Extract and transform data from multiple internal systems into a consolidated database and/or data mart that will be used for reporting, dashboards, and analytical modeling. Conversion of existing reports, dashboards, and data processes to accommodate source application enhancements. Utilizes analyses to design and develop tools, techniques, metrics and dashboards for insights and data visualization in existing business intelligence platform Fulfill ad-hoc requests Develop, test and implement SQL data queries and analysis Act as technical expert for all BI and Data Modeling technologies Ensure that all database designs conform to appropriate data modeling standards, guidelines, internal best practices and approved modeling techniques and approaches. Integrate new data management technologies and software engineering tools into existing structures Collaborate with Data Architects and IT team members on reporting requirements Mandatory Qualifications: Ensures the secure and effective operation of all computer systems, related applications and hardware and software that is used. Plans strategies and transitions projects into operations. 84 Months-Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field Preferred Qualifications: 84 months of experience leading and managing databases, data marts, and data warehouses used in the development of Business intelligence reports in Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, Cognos, or other business intelligence tools. 84 months of in the fields of operations management, computer science, mathematics, statistics, Information Technology, Computer Systems Analysis, Management Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Computer Programming, or a related field A baccalaureate degree from an accredited institution 84 months of experience implementing row level security on data and an understanding of application security layer models for integration into Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, or other BI reporting tools 84 months of Developing Business Intelligence reports for senior level management utilizing tools such as Microsoft Power Bi, Tableau, or other BI platforms with demonstrated ability in integrating Microsoft SQL 84 months experience working in a Microsoft SQL server environment organizing data into a data mart utilizing advanced SQL, SSIS, SSAS (Dimensional/Tabular), SSRS, DAX, MDX 84 months analyzing complex data and performing advance level calculations on datasets for data reporting and statistical modeling   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
