Evaluate existing manual test cases, and identify opportunities for automation Create manual and automated test plans, cases, and scripts. Develop and document internal training as it relates to business analysis and testing. Mandatory Qualifications: Analyzes an organization or business domain (real or hypothetical) and documents its business or processes or systems, assessing the business model or its integration with technology with distinct deliverables to a solution. 60 - 84 months-Candidate is able to work independently, without assistance and provides guidance to others. May have an advanced education. Preferred Qualifications: 60 months of experience in Information Technology supporting complex software systems or applications. 60 months of experience analyzing complex business processes and creating and reviewing test plans. 60 months of experience logging, analyzing, testing, and troubleshooting defects found in test and production environments. 60 months of experience providing written communications to business owners, IT program team members, and management. 48 months of experience working with Health Insurance or the Affordable Care Act or Medicaid which includes Eligibility and Enrollment (not Health Care). 24 months of experience with Rational Team Concert (RTC). 60 months of experience in reviewing and evaluating technical specifications for compliance with business objectives and requirements.
