We have a 24-month project with our client in Rochester, NY that requires an Implementation Support Specialist, Mid-Level Provide support for child welfare applications and initiatives. Day-to-Day Tasks include, but not limited to: Provide CONNECTIONS user support via in-person, email and telephone Provide direct, on-site instruction to individual users and small groups Provide instruction on newly released functionality Deliver presentations to line staff Conduct business process review Monitor compliance with data entry requirements Develop remedial steps to increase data entry compliance Review training materials Provide technical assistance with data warehouse Mandatory Qualifications: Works in the field of Information Technology, experienced in the usage and support of a collection of development platforms, technical architectures or business applications and products that run on those platforms 36 - 60 months-Candidate is able to work independently, without assistance Preferred Qualifications: 48 months of experience supporting users of SACWIS or CCWIS. 48 months of experience providing implementation support services for new application builds in a child welfare environment. 48 months of experience providing on-site user support for a large scale (15k + users) distributed application 48 months of experience in change management planning and implementing change 48 months of experience in providing user training or technical assistance in a child welfare environment.
