Job Description Developer: Java Experience, SQL Experience, Web Service Development, .NET ASP.net CSS Developer

It is recruiting a .Net Developer for our premier retail client in Cincinnati. This will be a 6 12 month contract supporting the release of the latest Virtual Store Architecture via IBM Endpoint Manager (IEM).

Essential Job Functions:

Build applications to business specifications
Customize current applications in line with changing business needs
Planning, designing, and developing new feature functionality for applications per business specifications
Identifying, troubleshooting, and debugging defects in designated application code

Requirements:

Strong background in .NET Development with an emphasis on C#.net
Strong background working with ASP.NET MVC4 or MVC5
CSS
Bootstrap
Experience with Web Services
Object Oriented design/Coding Concepts

Desired Skills:

Knowledge and Experience with Java
Knowledge and Experience with SQL
Experience building out layered project structures. For example, our clients integration eco-system should have the following:

1. Web Service Layer
2. Data Access Layer
3. Business Layer
4. Presentation Layer via MVC
