EDT] Mandatory Requirements and Qualifications: The Offeror shall provide a Senior Pacbase Programmer/Analyst (Consultant) that will work onsite at the ODPS (Shipley Building), 1970 W. Broad Street, Columbus, OH 43223 under the direction of one (1) or more ITO Supervisors. The proposed resource(s) must meet the following mandatory requirements in order to be eligible for consideration: 2.2.1 A minimum of eight (8) years of verifiable Information Technology (IT) programmer experience. 2.2.2 A minimum of five (5) years of verifiable experience using Structured Query Language (SQL A minimum of two (2) years of verifiable experience utilizing Pacbase for relational systems on a Unisys OS/2200 or IBM mainframe system (preference will be given to candidates with Unisys OS/2200 experience). 2.2.4 A minimum of eighteen (18) months of experience utilizing Pacbase within the past three (3) years. 2.2.5 A minimum of three (3) years of verifiable experience working directly with end-users to define requirements and provide technical advice and assistance in a large-scale environment Experience, including environments, must be fully documented. The proposed resource(s) must demonstrate the following requirements in order to be eligible for further consideration: 2.2.6 Must have the ability to collaborate with supporting resources across business and/or functional lines. 2.2.7 Must have excellent oral and written skills and possess strong meeting and work session facilitation skills. 2.2.8 Must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team with the ability to manage time and resources to meet assigned deadlines. 2.2.9 Must have a strong understanding of prioritization stemming from the elicitation of system and user requirements. 2.2.10 Must have excellent organizational skills, proven analytical, planning, problem solving, and decision-making skills. 2.2.11 Must be knowledgeable in the English language and speak clearly and understandably using the English language. During the interview process with the ODPS staff, the resource Consultant(s) must demonstrate competence/experience in their specific area(s) of project assignment. The resource(s) experience must also be documented for review and verification. Offered resource(s) not showing technical or functional competency/experience will be reason to reject the Offerors quotation.
